Our Environmental Initiatives
We care deeply about the environment and wherever possible our team will always take into consideration measures to lessen the impact our services have on the environment. At the Grounds Care Group, we pride ourselves on being a green business, focusing on our environmental initiatives and eco-friendly materials. As a business, we have a responsibility to the environment to avoid the depletion of natural resources which helps to help to maintain an ecological balance. As a company, we take our responsibility seriously and carry out the following environmental sustainability measures:
- Minimising our carbon footprint by using electric equipment, vehicles and locally sourced timber.
- Protecting our bees by creating natural habitats that promote biodiversity.
- Creating wormeries to naturally digest large quantities of organic waste.
Our Environmental Initiatives
Here at the Grounds Care Group, we believe that you can have truly beautiful landscapes whilst reducing the impact on the environment. Our sustainable landscapes benefit people, communities and local wildlife. We pride ourselves on using our environmental initiatives to enhance the local environment and create spaces that can be enjoyed by all. We have previously provided green walls on buildings to reduce the impact of the build on the environment. With every landscape we design, we carefully consider as many natural settings as possible and eco-friendly materials as part of our environmental sustainability initiatives whilst still not compromising on design.
Creating Eco-Friendly Landscapes
Wherever possible, the Grounds Care Group will:
- Carefully consider the impact our landscapes and services are having on the environment and wherever possible we will avoid and minimise the impact.
- Our team will carry out our services with eco-friendly materials and electric equipment and vehicles wherever possible.
- We will only use sustainably sourced timber.
- Reduce our carbon emissions wherever possible.
Our Bespoke Live Reporting System
When you choose to work with the Grounds Care Group you’ll benefit from our bespoke live reporting and scheduling system. For over 12 years we have been using our unique scheduling system to be more efficient and save our customers money. You’ll receive live minute by minute reporting, allowing you to stay in control of every service we provide. Our automated customer communication gives you a tool to check on job details including job receipts, quotes and inspection reports anywhere and at any time, without calling the office.
